- Comfortable yoga-type clothing (non-slippery fabrics) without bulk around the waist
- Bring layers (a sweater or fleece) to wear until you warm up
- Short or sleeveless tops are preferable because hoops grip to skin best
- Flat-soled shoes (non-scuffing soles, please), or bare feet
- Practice hoops are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one
- Water!
